1. Birth-Death-Marriage Registration Services
Birth/Death Registration Certificate: Available within 3 working days of application (if accurate information is provided online).
Marriage Registration (General): Certificate will be available on the same day or within 3 days after application and verification.
2. Certificates and Licenses
Ownership Certificate: Within 7 days of application with required documents.
Employment Tax Certificate: Within 3 days of application.
D&O License (for business entities): Within 30 days after payment of fee and all documents are correct (renewals are possible within a shorter time).
Building Permit: Permit will be granted within 30 days after submission of application and plan and site inspection.
3. Pensions and Benefits
Social Security Pensions (Old Age, Widowhood and Disability Pensions): Approval will be given within 45 days of receiving the application after completing the ward-level inquiries and will be given on a priority basis.
Marriage Assistance: Within 30 days of submitting the application and based on the inquiry report.
4. Tax Services
Payment of Building Tax: Tax can be paid on the same day through the counters of the Panchayat office or through electronic systems (Sanchaya Online) and a receipt can be received.
Tax Assessment: If an application is submitted for new buildings, the tax will be assessed within 15 days after the inspection is completed.
5. Grievance Redressal System
The public can file complaints about the services of the Panchayat or the shortcomings of the officials directly or online.
Ordinary complaints need to be resolved within 15 days. Urgent matters will be dealt with expeditiously.
